  1. Hi, my name is Dr. M. Elizabeth Thorpe and I’m a professor in NY and came across your story via fb friends, as often happens with social media. I have a small blog I maintain that deals with civil liberties, constitutional issues, and occasionally related things. It is very small with quite limited readership. However, if you would like, I would be happy to give you a chance to do one or two guest posts about your situation. Given the nature of my blog and your unfortunate circumstance, what may be most fitting would be that I ask you to respond to one or two court cases that have dealt with similar issues – probably things you’ve studied in media law classes. If not, then don’t worry, it wouldn’t involve a lot of reading, I’d just give you the basics. I understand if you are entirely too busy to spend time on something that probably only 50 or so people would read initially, but I think with some work we could bump that up and get a little coverage to a wider audience. Feel free to contact me with any thoughts on the matter at met@unabridgedconstitution.com. And of course, look over the blog at http://www.unabridgedconstitution.com. It’s definitely got a particular voice and is for a casual, not professional audience, so certainly make sure that the blog is the kind of venue you’d be interested in. I really do wish you the best, MET.
